Please print and fax your completed order form to (702) 974-2253 at least 24 hours prior to date and time of pick up for as many as five dozen cupcakes. For orders of five dozen to ten dozen cupcakes please submit your order request at least 48 hours prior to pick up. For orders of more than ten dozen cupcakes, please contact us at (702) 893-2253. We are eager to meet all of your cupcake needs!
